Common questions.
Will I stop my inhalers?
Never stop or change a medicine on your own. If a study requires a change, the study doctor explains it and it happens under medical supervision.
What tests are done?
Usually breathing tests, symptom questionnaires and sometimes a daily diary. The consent form lists every test.
I still smoke. Can I join?
Some studies accept people who smoke and others don’t. The coordinator can tell you which ones fit.
